Additional Info
We provide all cleaning supplies, trash liners, vacuums and equipment.  Our staff does not smoke, eat or drink in your home or on the premises.

• Keys and alarms: Most of our customers provide us with a key or alarm code for entry.  If you choose not to, please ensure that the alarm is turned off prior to our arrival.
• Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your cleaning appointment, please give at least 24 to 48 hours notice. If you do not cancel your appointment and our team arrives at your home to clean but are unable to gain entry, you may be subjected to a $30 lock out fee.
• Children: If you have small children at home during the cleaning appointment please do not leave them unattended.
• Pets: Please secure your pets before our arrival.
• Extra work: Please call us at least 24 in advance if you require extra work in your house.
• Payment: Due at time of cleaning, or you can make billing arrangement.
